Ingredients

  • 60 mL gin
  • 37 ½ mL elderflower liqueur
  • 37 ½ mL grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed and strained
  • rhubarb bitters, 2 dashes
  • grapefruit, 1 peel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place 5 or 6 square ice cubes into a rocks glass. Pour in the gin, coating the ice. Add in the elderflower liqueur and fresh grapefruit juice. Stir to combine.
  2. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
